It is a small inconspicuous food truck serving delicious South Indian food at a gas station. The staff is courteous and accommodating. The food is on the spicier side but enjoyable. It’s easily accessible and has decent number of parking spots. There are some tables if you want to sit and eat outside.

We have been to this place twice already, and I have to say we are really impressed. We decided to go after seeing a video about their delicious and healthy millet menu, and we were amazed by the taste. Everything tasted so good that you wouldn't even believe it was made from millets if you did a blind taste test. We tried almost everything on the menu. The Beach Sundal was the best in town, in my opinion. I don't think anything else in the Bay Area comes close to it. We also had Idly, Masala Dosa, Pongal, Sweet, and Poori. The Idlies were soft and similar to the usual Andhra style rava idly. The Pongal was delicious. The Masala Dosa was okay, but the potato curry could be better. The Pooris weren't greasy at all, and the combination of the coconut kurma and Aamras was really good. The Sweet wasn't too sweet, just the right amount. Note that Poori isn’t millet based. I would suggest go with Millet Tiffin Dabba to try multiple options. We still haven't tried the lunch menu because it was sold out when we went for lunch the second time. Now, let's talk about the owner, Supraja. We met her during our first visit, and she was also serving us during our second visit. I have to say, she has a great idea and puts a lot of effort into this. It's not like any other food truck where someone else manages and cooks the food. You can see her dedication in the design of the truck, the cleanliness, the taste of the food, and how friendly she is with the customers. She also cares about the environment and uses eco-friendly plates. She was open to feedback from customers and was eager to hear our thoughts. She is always improving the menu and strives to provide us with healthy food at good prices. Keep up the good work! We love the food. If you are in the Bay Area, you should definitely visit this food truck and try their healthy and delicious food.

A millet based establishment serving lip smacking food and most importantly being consistent in taste ? Yes please!! And their thoughtful service is like a cherry on top. One of the days when we ordered a big meal, a sweet dish (which comes as a small part of the meal) was not available. And what these guys did was super nice. They sent a hand written note mentioning they were out of one particular thing and instead provided 2 desserts. All this on top of being apologetic as well. Kudos to you HOT and pls remain the same in all aspects. Wishing you guys the bestest.

I have a thing for food trucks, and saw their reels on insta, my friends from the Midwest are jealous of me in the bay area, wow we get healthy Indian food truck options! One of a kind, loved it! I'm on a mission- gonna try all they have on the menu. I drove twice 30 minutes in to try this place. Loved their millet dosa, Sambar and chutneys last week- finger licking yum. And today stopped by to try their cute heart millet idlies and veg kurma- also filling and tasty! Did you know - healthy can taste amazing, and nothing close to boring! The warm millet sweet was the cherry on top! Bomb dot com. Must try spot!

Truly the best idlis I have had in the bay area so far. Soft, well done and the way it melts in the mouth must tell you a lot of thought has gone in the process of making the batter. Coming to chutneys, coconut chutney came the closest to what i have had growing up. The other one(tomato) was ignored ONLY coz the coconut chutney stole the show for me. Sambhar top notch. The only thing i want to mention about Sambhar was the quantity. If they can increase it that would work out well for 4 idlis. Beach sundal was great too as others have mentioned. We followed it up with authentic filter coffee and couldnt have been more happier. We will be back again.

Super glad to have a food truck in South Bay offering millet-based dishes. Absolutely loved the Millet Mysore Masala Dosai - reminded me of a similar dosa I had in Bengaluru. It definitely tastes different than non-millet ones, but I would any day prefer this over regular dosas. Strongly recommend!

If you’re looking for a taste of home, this food truck is an absolute gem. Their millet dosas have authentic and comforting flavor, and my current favorite is the special Podi Masala Benne Dosa. I hope they can add it to their menu. The sambar and coconut chutney, while tasty, could use a little more depth of flavor to really shine, but it still pairs well with dosas. I really like the tomato chutney. Highly recommend for anyone craving a homey, satisfying meal on the go!
